Developing academic relations with Czech universities and organizing cultural activities at AUT with the Czech embassy were agenda items discussed by AUT president Ghada Hinain and Czech Republic ambassador Jiri Dolezel during a visit to AUT on October 4, 2022.
AUT senior staff participated in the discussions and had suggestions for various activities including a Czech Movie retrospective and classical music recitals.
A visit to Prague by AUT president in November will include meetings with Czech university officials to develop academic collaboration.
Dolezel was kept for lunch with senior staff and department coordinators at the AUT cafeteria.
